What is your cancellation policy?

I know things can come up unexpectedly. Please note that when you make an appointment, I set aside that time just for you. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you'll be charged a reschedule fee of 50% of the service cost.

As a courtesy, I send multiple reminders before your appointment. I appreciate your respect for my time. Thank you for understanding.
